09 February 2011 in case of company incorporation subscribers don't know English language than which procedure to be follow for submission of MOA/Aoa in form no 1?

09 February 2011 If an executant doesn't know English language he should put his signature in the language known to him and state the fact that the contents of the MOA and AOA were explained to him in the local language and the person writing the subscription clause of MOA/AOA on his behalf should also describe the facts.
