can a company go for striking off if company having some litigation if yes then what is other document we need to prepare for it and what to be attached in stk-2 form

Can't say because rule 3 and 4 per notification dated 26-12-2016 does not match.

Yes Sir, as per rule we have to disclose about the litigation but nowhere is mentioned about that a company who having litigation cant go under fte mode correct me if i am wrong.
