2) Store No.
3) Store Location
4) Rate of the item
5) Quantity in Books
6) Date of physical verification
7)Actual quantity (found in physical count)
8) Counted by (auditor' name)
9) Verified by (co rep. name)
10) Devition
11) Value of deviation
