09 April 2012 Dear Sir/Mam,

With due respect,kindly inform me that, I am going to start a new business based on Purchase & sell of Medicines (Harm less Medicines for Human) within the state only. So what statutory certificates should i obtain (Ex:- CST/LST/TIN certificate & DL Certificate ) & to where i will go for apply this documents & what are the procedure ?

Kindly show me the path for which act of your kindness, I shall ever remain grateful to you.

09 April 2012 Hi

First of all you should incorporate the company and got Certificate of Incorporation (COI) from MCA. COI is main certificate which will be required for getting registration with CST/TIN etc....
