Status of Processing of Return and Refund F.Y. 2009-2010

I filed my ITR 4 in the year 2010 on 31.07.2010. A week ago when I logged in to online efiling portal of Income Tax in while clicking CPC Processing status link a message was shown as under:
ITR Transferred out of CPC to Jurisdiction Assessing Officer in Incometax office.
Again while clicking CPC Refund Failure Status Link a message was shown as under:
There is no refund failure. However, it may also be that e-Return has not been processed so far OR No refund was due OR
Refund has been delivered successfully.
I called at CPC's toll free numbers for enquiring into the matter and I have been adviced that the return has been sent to the Jurisdiction in which I falls, however, the reason for the same was not conveyed. Can any one advice me what may be the reason?

Reasons can be many. Couple of them can be as follows:
1. Case selected for scrutiny
2. Gross mismatch between TDS claimed in return and 26AS
