Stamp value for affidavit & indemnity bond

if a co regd under roc delhi (having 2 directors) & we opt for FTE method to close the co , what all stamp papers will be required for affidavit & indemnity bond & where it will be notarised?

Stamp duty is different in the different states, e.g. in Punjab affidavit on Rs. 25 Non Judicial Stamp paper and Indemnity Bond on Rs. 100, IN HimachalPradesh,both are on Rs. 100 Non Judicial Stamp paper.

Yes, They must be notarized
