23 May 2011 Dear Stamp duty @ of Re.1/- for every one thousand rupees or part thereof of the value of shares has to be paid at the office of Collector of Stamps.

23 May 2011 In west Bengal Transfer of share (whether with or without consideration) the stamp duty is -Twenty Five paise
for every hundred rupees or part thereof of the value of the share.
