I wanted to know what are the documents required for changing the ST-1 address of a Private Ltd. Co.

Please tell me the documents required. I know the documents which are required incase of Individual amendment of address but not aware of the documents for Pvt. Ltd. co.

25 July 2025 For changing the **registered address** or **principal place of business** in **ST-1** for a **Private Limited Company**, you generally need the following documents:

1. **Board Resolution** — approving the change of address.
2. **Copy of Rent Agreement / Ownership Proof** of the new premises.
3. **Proof of New Address** — such as electricity bill, municipal tax receipt, or water bill.
4. \*\*Copy of the latest **Certificate of Incorporation** or **MOA/AOA** (if address change is also updated in company records).
5. \*\*Copy of the amended **Company PAN Card** or other documents showing updated company details (if applicable).

When filing ST-1 amendment online, you upload these documents along with the application.
