My dad is haivng sole propriter business
(Air Conditioner Repair Center) we are filling return on my father name now my wants to retired and the business continue by myself but i dont knw what is the procesure for continue the business & how can i transfer all activity on my name.

Hi,
Prepare the agreement for transfer of business on the stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. Pass the necessary entries in the books of accounts as if you have purchased the business as going concern.
