hello frns,
i am in a placement bsness operated in sole prop. i want 2 knw whether reg. is required in s.tax bcz some people say its nt req. n some said some benefits has been lost. so i am confused.
i also want 2 knw dat can i open my current a/c in bank without aplyn pan card in d name of sole prop.

if your annaul turnover increses by Rs.9 lakh then you are required to get registerd your self wid service tax department and get service tax number.
your own pan will work as pan of your proprietry business. so no need for new pan
