Hi
The Aarticleship in CA and training in CS have different patter, so you can not avail exemption on the basis on each other training.
You will go article ship and training both for completing the both professions.

You have to Log on to sify site and then you have to make payment then and then only you will come to know the availability of Seat to the nearest branch of sify to your Home.
CS Articleship is Compulsory.
But as you are doing CA as well so no need to do cs articleship.
