While filing MEF for the year 2015-16 I am a partner of a firm. I have joined that firm with effect from 01-04-2015.
Can I sign the bank audit report for the financial year 2015-16 allotted to the firm?

Hi, I am of the view that you are a partner of the firm as on date of signing. Hence, there is no bar in signing.
