Can anyone guide me on the procedure of transfer of (physical)shares bought in the name of minor(now major)to the guardian or any other person.

27 June 2009 Simply fill form 7B (Share transfer deed) get it signed by minor(now major) as transferor and bt the guardian or any other person as transferee and lodge with the company.

Also attach original share certificate with form 7B (Share transfer deed).

Also paste requisit share transfer stamp on the form 7B (Share transfer deed).
