May i know which services provided by employer to employee during the employment period taxable under negative list or else suggest me the link whereby i will the details.

09 September 2012 Service tax is not applicable on services provided by an employee to an employer in the course of employment.Section 65B clause 44 that defines service excludes service provided by an employee to an employer in the course of employment.
