Service Tax Return on Goods Transport by Road

Urgent,

As per new amendment Service Tax on Transport liability is paid on Goods Transport by Road. We have paid Service Tax on Transport then we have taken Input Credit of Service tax. I want to know whether any seperate Return.

25 September 2009 Single registration for all catagories. The details of additional catagories has to be provided in the form of annexures.

If you are registered for other catagory as sertvice provider, in addition to GTA, you can include the details for GTA as an annexure.

How ever, if you are registered for GTA only, you have to comply with the filing requirements.
