25 April 2015 Do hospitals need to file NIL service tax returns (or) are they required to show the Total service receipts and then claim exemption under notification 25/2012 in the return ....

25 April 2015 If the hospital obtained service tax registration then file return claiming exemption under notification 25/2012.

25 April 2015 Thanks again... If the hospital has already filed NIL return , will that be fine or it has file revised return by showing the service receipts and then claiming exemption under notification 25/2012... ie., is filing of a NIL return can be alternative as against Claiming exemption under notification 25/2012
