Service tax refund

01 October 2015 if a company has paid service tax on work contract on building and machinery and in those capital goods company is manufacturing Rice from paddy.60% of the company rice are exported out of India.now my question is can company apply for refund of service tax to the extent of 60% of service tax paid on work contract.

04 October 2015 Refund can be claimed only on taxable services used beyond the place of removal for the export of goods.
No refund can be claimed on works contract service.
