1994 to 13.05.2003 - 5% ( No e.cess)

14.05.2003 to 09.09.2004 - 8% ( No e.Cess)

10.09.2004 to 17.04.2006 - 10% plus 2% e.cess on ST

18.04.2006 to 10.05.2007 -12% PLUS 2% E.cess on ST

11.05.2007 to 24.02.2009 - 12% PLUS 2% e.cess on st plus 1% SHE cess on ST

24.2.2009 to 31.3.2012 - 10% service tax plus 2% e.cess on ST plus 1% SH E Cess on st

1.4.2012 onwards 12% plus 2% e.cess on ST plus 1% SH e.cess on ST
