For first 10 lakhs u can get exemption from service tax provided your turnover for last
03 April 2017
year didn't exceed rs 10,00,000/-.
Also you should not have collected the service tax from your client.
If you have collected service tax from your client then you need to pay service tax.
Even though nil Service tax you need to file Nil service tax return.
