We are receiving civil (work contract) service from individual person (other than company)who is not register in service tax.
we are register in service tax.
we are also know if service provider other than company provide work contract service to company than 50: 50 ratio of service tax between service receiver & service provider.
Please help us in case service provider is not register under service tax. who will pay remaining 50% service tax part. we are depositing our 50% part.

No body will pay it will be a benefit to small service provider.
