Transportation charges by road, charged by ABC logistic pvt ltd to a PQR proprietorship firm
ABC is charging ST @4.5%, is charging this under Abatement or Reverse charge????????
Is PQR liable to pay ST personally???????

19 August 2016 If the PQR prop firm is not registered under central excise for dealing in excisable goods it has to pay ST to ABC.

23 August 2016 PQR proprietorship firm is registered with central excise & Service tax department too ( an Exporter of chillies ). Is liable to pay directly ST to the department under PRCM????
what about the ABC Logistic, whether it is charging ST @ 4.5% under abatment or partial reverse charge?????
