IS THERE ANY APPLICABILITY OF SERVICE TAX ON SALE OF FOOD IN RESTAURANTS IN ADDITION TO VAT.IF YES KINDLY QUOTE THE SECTION UNDER WHICH IT FALLS

Only airconditioned restuarants with a license to serve liquor are under the ST net wef 1.5.2011.
