i have to make service tax pymt.
under what category should i pay service tax on commission pymt to foreing party as commission on foreing sale.

as per my knowledge, service tax no need to pay for giving commission to foreign party. my understanding is service tax will be charged on service providing value. but giving commission not required. secondly, service tax can be charges if you providing service within India.
