16 March 2016 If X Ltd transports goods from its warehouse (say from Noida) to its branch store in Mumbai & it uses the services of Y Pvt Ltd (Goods Transport Agency) 1. Will X Ltd be liable to Service Tax under reverse charge even if Y Pvt Ltd charges service tax on the bill.

17 March 2016 Service tax is liable to be paid by X LTd. under reverse charge to the Government, and not Y Ltd. even if the transporter charges service tax on its bill.
