THE TRUST IS REGISTERED U/S 12AA OF THE INCOME TAX ACT.WHETHER SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE TO CHARITABLE TRUST HAVING COMMUNITY HALL,MEDICAL SERVICES AND EDUCATION
