Whether service tax of service provider portion (I.e service tax liability of service provider)can be availed as input service that is partial service tax deposit by service provider, service tax input can be availed by service receiver during the month in which bill is received.exaple-security services.

Yes the service receiver can avail the portion of servicetax paid by the service provider under reverse charge during the month in which bill is received.
