26 August 2012 We are depositing Service tax on accrual basis. Can I claim input service tax on invoices issued by our suppliers on accrual basis or first We have to pay all bill amount then I have to claim service tax?

26 August 2012 The input service invoices are eligible forCENVAT benefit only after payment. The accrual basis is the correct procedure for output tax.
