As above Subject Line,
Service tax as charged by the authorised Car Dealer to any Person(individual/firm/company),
Car is registered in the name of the firm(Manufacturer of Gums), can he avail the Service tax charged on the car(R&M)
kindly advice. PLz... . urgent....
