I am working in a Paper Mfg Unit in Tamilnadu as a Excise Asst. we are service the Stabilizer used in the Machine Hall. now we are taken credit on this or not. pls guide me

10 October 2009 Recently the Tribunal has held that service tax paid on maintenance of Photo Copy Machine installed in the factory is eligible for cenvat credit.

The ratio sqarely applies to your case.
