Service tax credit allowed or not

29 September 2013 We have taken Cash Credit facility with Bank; at the time of yearly renewal Bank charge the processing fees & on that Service Tax amount of 12.36%.

My question is whether we can take the service tax credit & utilized the same or not on processing fees charge by the Bank?
