We have a partnership firm of 2 people. Can we use the credit of Service tax of bills in the name of the partners like phone bills which are in the personal name of the partners but are being used in business.

Also please guide if I could use the service tax credit of my employees phone bills whose bills I'm paying but are individually in there names.

No, if telephone bill is the name of the company or director then you can claim.
