Loading unloading services of capital goods (macines) & its installation & commissioning - What should be % of service tax?
1. Full 12% - Whether eligible for Cenvat credit for manufacturers?
2. WCT with 4.08% - Whether eligible for Cenvat credit for manufacturers?
