Sir, I m a Construction contractor I had submitted a bill of work done+service tax(5Lac+Service tax), but the party paid agnst the bill only Rs.1Lac.
Now I want to know when I have to pay servce tax & how much

You need to pay service tax on Rs.1 lakhs portion which amount can be found is Rs.100000/110.30*100
