In parliament, does the bills for ST passed? If it is so, from which date ST coming into effect. What is the % for Works contract & Construction of existing.

Existing rate of service tax is 12.36%. The 14% of service tax will be effective from a date to be notified shortly(Finance bill passed in lok sabha).
