27 November 2012 one party booked a property and made down payment only and now he want to make payment after completion of cc for waive of service tax.

My query
Service tax will applicable or not on payment after CC

what is the actual provision and provide notification details if any

27 November 2012 Yes, serivice tax will be applicable on entire amount if any advance is received before CC is received.
