is there in any change in service tax payment which is quartely for other and monthly for pvt ltd and return half yearly for all please explain

The due dates of payment are enunciated in sec 6 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994. There is no change in due dates as prescribed earlier.
As far as return is concerned, there is no change however due to introduction of negative list from 1.7.12 , the separate return for Apr to June, 12 need to be filed by 25th Nov, 12.
