Can a manufacturer of excisable goods claim service tax credit on service tax paid on insurance service received by the manufacturer?
Can a manufacturer of excisable goods claim service tax credit on service tax paid on insurance service received by the manufacturer?

If such input services are related to the manufacturing unit there is no objection to claim such "input services". The condition is the input service should be in relation to the output service.
