selection of wrong code in TDS challan

Dear All,
while depositing TDS I Selected Code 94J instead of Code 94A, Now at the time of filing TDS return for Qtr 3 , will I fill the detail as per challan ie 94J or as per correct data i e 94A ? also mention the other implication if any ?

file the return as per correct data and make a request letter to tds circle to correct the data.
