Section of rectification return itr 4

Please can anyone tell the section under which rectified return needs to be filed.? I fear i made a mistake in that because the section acc. to me is not present in the list in ITR 4.

If you believe that you made a mistake in the original return than you can file a revised return u/s 139(5) without any harm.
