08 December 2012 Dear Expert,

Medical Disability (Sec 80DD)- I have get benefit of Rs. 50,000. As an Investment Proof last FY 2011-12 submited Medical Certificate to the company.

This FY 2012-13 also submit New Medical certificate or Not.

Pl clarify.

09 December 2012 If the certificate already on hand has a condition that the disability requires reassessment in FY 2012-13, then new certificate has to be obtained and a copy has to be submitted to the employer otherwise submission of the copy of the existing certificate will suffice.
