dear professional colleagues,
i have query regarding section 54f is that
one of my client mr.A sold vacant land other than house property for Rs.2000000/- and invested the same in house property on the name his spouse. And the registration of house property on the name of spouse will he avail exemption u/s 54f if yes, please quote
the case law if available.

U/s 54f he con't claim exemption on investment in the name of spouse.
