Do we get the benefit of section 11 of income tax act for section 25 company (non profit organizations.

You will not get the benefit automatically. You need to follow the procedure and comply with rules of Income Tax Act.

to claim benefits of Section 11, you shall have to register with income tax authorities under section 12A.
