I have got a job in one of the Big 4. But, they have no vacancy right now. They ask me to join through secondment. Could you please let me know the procedure of obtaining this secondment, and should I inform the institute people regarding this.

28 August 2008 Ask some CA who will sign the agreement with you. He will allow you to work there. Also Big 4 will give your payment to him. He wiil give you agreed stipend.
