Dear sir,
We are paying Mathadi workers ( Un organised labour) payment + levy charges on payment.The said payment are paying to "maharashtra labour welfare Board" The said board is formed by Maharashtra Govt.under special act.
In above case the levy charges paid to Maharashtra Board is disallowed or not as per
Income tax sec.40(a)(iib) w.e.f.01/04/2014.
You are requested to guide me in this regards very urgently please because our accounts finalization work for 14-15 is under process & 31.10.15 is the last date of return filing.
