plz tell me the detail procedure of making companies under sec 25 of companies. its urgent!!!!

The main requirement is to obtain the approval of the Regional Director by making application in the prescribed form.
Regional director if satisfied after receiving suggestion from the ROC and by advertising the same from the Public.
