which is the last date to receive notice u/s 148 for reopening of case for the year ended 31.3.2012 ie asst year 2012-13 as my tds does not tally with my ROI and i cannot file revised return now please give EXACT DATE till which i can receive the notice (assuming that maximum period of 6 years) please give exact last date the income tax can issue the notice so that after that it becomes time barring
