28 January 2010 As per sec.132(1)search can be intiated for the following circumstances

1.failing to produce the books of accounts and documents after receiving the notice u/s.142(1) or summon u/s.131(1)

2.a person not disclosing wholly or partly income from money, bullion,jewwellery,or other valuable ariticle
