25 August 2015 If a section 8 company recieves any income from other company as their(other co.) CSR expenditure , will it become taxable for section 8 company or any exemption under income tax act is granted ??

25 August 2015 Exemption under income tax will be available if the section 8 company is registered u/s 12A of the income tax act.
