29 December 2016 Could anyone please tell me the procedure of scrutiny cases. How does the procedure starts and what does the sections of the notices refers to?

30 December 2016 The notice is issued u/s 142(1). The Assessing Officer gives the points/things/statements to be produced before him/her. The assessee needs to cope up with the same. (The notice can also be issued under other sections, please note)
