Could anyone please tell me the procedure of scrutiny cases.
How does the procedure starts and what does the sections of the notices refers to?

The notice is issued u/s 142(1). The Assessing Officer gives the points/things/statements to be produced before him/her. The assessee needs to cope up with the same. (The notice can also be issued under other sections, please note)
