I want to know what is the use of Schedule V in filing annual return..
what is step by step procedure of filing annual return ?
What is the last date of filing annual return ?
And i dont know what we file before september 30th..there is so much of pressure of work in my CA office..i m new article..so i want to know what they file before 30th september
Please help as soon as possible

The Firm or Person on whom the audit is applicable under section 44AB they need to file their return before 30 September so work load in September is more than other month.
Schedule V is Complete details of the Company Director, Member and their share holding Capital break up if any, schedule v is need to attache with Form 20B.
